Policy/Terms of Service
Agreement:
By making a purchase with us, you agree to our entire store policies.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- ALL SALES FINAL. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- After 48 hours of placing your order, NO changes can be made. If you input the wrong size, address etc. email us at luxebabehelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order. No changes can be made after that.
Shipping/Delivery:
- Standard free shipping orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered.
- Express shipping orders will deliver in 2 weeks. Please note express shipping covers only one item, $20 per item. Contact us if multiple items need express shipping.
- Semi Express orders are delivered in 2.5 or 3 weeks at the latest. This shipping cost covers up to two items.
- All items ship separately so you will receive one tracking number per item ordered.
- There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA). It will deliver within the agreed timeframes listed above. You'll know your package is close when your city's name appears.
Tracking number/ Order updates:
- Free standard shipping and semi express shipping: If you selected these shipping options you will get your tracking number 1.5-2 weeks after ordering.
- Fast Express shipping: If you selected this shipping option you will get your tracking number 1 week after ordering.
- The only update you get is an email that your order has shipped which includes your tracking number.
- Once we send you your tracking number you are fully responsible for tracking your own order. Once the package is sent we are not responsible.
- It's normal if the tracking initially says China or shows nothing; tracking status should update every 3 days.
- Check your email including junk/spam folders before contacting us to ask about the tracking. Only contact us if it has been longer than the timeframes above.
How To Track Your Order:
- DO NOT use the shop app/website to track your package. It is unreliable and Inaccurate.
- Use the 17track website and enter your tracking number. If not in English already click the bottom middle button to translate your tracking details.

Other:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Item boxes may arrive damaged or dented due to shipping; we apologize for any inconvenience this is out of our control.

- Sizing information is described under each item and sizing chart is available. Contact us for further assistance in choosing the right size before placing your order.
- Once we send a tracking number, there are no updates from us. It's your responsibility to track your order and inform us of any concerns or abnormalities.
- Please do not contact us asking for order updates before the agreed times listed in the tracking updates section above. These emails will be ignored.
- Please remain respectful when contacting us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being disrespectful or rude.
- All sales are final. No exceptions.
How Our Orders Are Processed

24 Hours After Your Order: Once your order is placed, we begin by purchasing the necessary materials and fabrics to create your custom item.
- 1-2 Weeks: Our skilled artisans carefully craft your item, ensuring the highest quality. Once completed, your order is carefully packed and shipped. By the end of week two, you’ll receive a tracking number.
- 2-4 Weeks: Your order is in transit, using a combination of air, sea, and ground transportation based on your location. It will be delivered to your home within this time frame.
